How do I submit my custom design for packaging?
Download one of our dielines from our DS website under the product our interested in. Submit to Info@dispensarisupply.com– Ifyoucant find the dielineyour looking for, email us and well help you!
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs) for custom packaging?
5,000 units - multiple versions allowed, min 1,000 each
Can I order a sample of my custom packaging before placing a large order?
All of our custom orders received will receive a virtual proof. Psychical samples are traditionally provided post deposit and proof approval upon request
How long does it take to receive a custom packaging order?
Depends on the project. Local custom mylar and labeling services: 21 full business days.
Hard board and higher end packaging solutions can take up to 6 weeks to produce plus shipping. Rush services can be provided for additional fees

Are there any additional fees for custom packaging or design services?
All Design services start at $199 and increase from there. Our team is equipped to support all custom packaging needs from concept, conception.
What types of materials are available for custom packaging?
A wide variety. Paper , mylar, hard board, plastics and more
Can I customize the size of my packaging?
Yes and no.
All mylar is 100% customizable. Hard board or other paper good may require extra cost for tooling and or molds If we don’t already have it on hand.
Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly packaging options?
Not at this time
Can I choose different finishes (e.g., matte, gloss) for my custom packaging?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of finishes and or material to best serve your needs.
How do you ensure the quality of the custom packaging?
Our team follows a SOP post job competition. QC is very important to us, we have put in place multiple processes to catch errors and or defects.
Do you offer branding options like logo printing or embossing?

Is there a price break for larger orders or bulk purchases?

How do I track my custom packaging order?
Our team will set a timeline for you. We will check in with you via email as your job progresses through the stages of completion.

Yes! Please refer to the product of inters. A PDF template is supported within each option. You can also access our gallery of options
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Product orders can be modified or canceled. Custom projects after a deposit is taken are non-refundable or modifiable.
What is your return policy on custom packaging?
Typically, Custom packaging is non refundable or returnable. Although Accidents do happen, we will handle any CQ and or order discrepancies on an individual basis.
Do you offer packaging for specific cannabis products (e.g., edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls)?
All categories that fall within the industry we service custom solutions to support.
Are there any restrictions or regulations I should be aware of when ordering custom packaging for cannabis products?
Customers are 100% responsible for all copy and or regulatory needs. DS does not support compliance and or regulatory requirements.
